As a dedicated wildlife conservationist and long-serving trustee, Steve has drawn inspiration from his extensive global travels and deep passion for animals. Initially expressing his fascination through painting, Steve’s engineering background soon led him to self-learn sculpture. In 2002, he launched his own family-run studio and foundry, which has since thrived, accumulating over 30 years of experience in executing a wide range of challenging and diverse commissions. Renowned as a world-class sculptor, Steve collaborates with prestigious names in the fine art world, including Halcyon Gallery, Carrs Silver, Monaco Fine Arts, Hickmet Fine Arts, Sotheby’s, Christies, LAPADA, and BADA. With extensive expertise in working with precious metals, Steve and his family have mastered the art of silver and gold sculpting and have earned their own British Hallmark. Notably, sports enthusiasts might recognize his flagship work—a striking bronze sculpture at Wembley Stadium. Commissioned by Rugby League Cares, this landmark piece honors five Rugby League legends and has become an iconic feature of the stadium.
